      A DESCRIPTION OF THE PROBLEM :
      The compile task from the hs_err_pidxxx.log has a line indicating an apache class "or.apache.poi.ss.util.SheetUtil.getCellWidth", which suggests that the excel file generation logic is connected to the crash.

      There are two web applications running within the application server (weblogic) that use spreadsheet generation logic.

      THE PROBLEM WAS REPRODUCIBLE WITH -Xint FLAG: Did not try

      THE PROBLEM WAS REPRODUCIBLE WITH -server FLAG: Did not try

      REGRESSION. Last worked in version 6u43

      STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
      Crash report does not indicate which of 2 applications is triggering the event, cannot reproduce in a controlled environment.
