The bug is already known:

The thing is, that the solution is already described in the bug report above.
It is falsely assumed that the primary display number is always 0.
But, though the solution is already proposed, it has not been included in further releases.
STEPS TO FOLLOW TO REPRODUCE THE PROBLEM :
Declaring primary display another one than 1.
REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.
