JRE Installer Options Page should include JDK

Customer wants reference to documentation for silent install of JDK on
Windows, specifically mention of the INSTALLDIR parameter.

Current documentation points to JRE installer options.

This syntax works with JDK install but is labelled as 'JRE' options. The
text in the previous pages implies that this syntax applies to the platform
not just the JRE
