The log has a bunch of

Then we see a few
[jcmd] java.lang.RuntimeException: Invalid agent state: Agent already started
Followed by
[TestApp{test_09}] Error: JMX connector server communication error: service:jmx:rmi://spb23388:63160
[jcmd] java.lang.RuntimeException: JMX connector server communication error: service:jmx:rmi://spb23388:63160
Then it finally throws an InvocationTargetException
Maybe a leftover process from an earlier run that blocks this test from starting its agent..? Is it possible to get the test to be more verbose about what is happening?
