Encryption README file needs updating because it is misleading

A DESCRIPTION OF THE REQUEST :
While updating java installations to 8.45 today, I encountered a couple of cognitive dissonances with the README file:
1. The installer did not install the software in the places described in the README. I had to fish for the file installation locations.
2. The README instructs downloading Unlimited_Strength policy files, but the downloaded ZIP file contains only Local Policy and US Export Policy files. When the first installation failed, debugging was complicated by the impression that the wrong files were downloaded. It now appears that the files were correct, but their description in the instructions was incorrect.

JUSTIFICATION :
It would be nice if things worked in the way the "manual" described, eh? ;^)

ACTUAL -
Actual installation location was:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre1.8.0_45\lib\security

The location as described in the README -
C:\jre1.8.0 [Windows]
