Copy JDF workspace,install test jre,and run this case
Steps to reproduce:
1.Remove all JREs from the test machines
2.Remove %TEMP%\jinstall.cfg
3.Get JRE under test online installer
4.Launch online installer(we use jre-7u85-ea-windows-i586-iftw-b09.exe)
5.Verify that JRE auto download uses HTTPS protocol by using additional software or by executing fillowing shell command: netstat -bo | grep -B 1 <JRE_INSTALLER_NAME>
6.Verify that both HTTP and HTTPS appeared in the above netstat command output

The actual result:
At step4,the online installer(jre-7u85-ea-windows-i586-iftw-b09.exe) can not be installed successfully.Please refer to attachment.PNG.
Issue is reproducible from 7u85 b04 build onwards.
