The JNI Specification documentation requires a number updates, corrections and ambiguities explained.

There are a number of doc enhancement reports which address these issues, but invariably they conflict with each other when it comes to actually patching HTML. Particularly ~~JDK-4907359~~.

This enhancement incorporates all the current pending changes with ~~JDK-4907359~~ in an attempt to clean and update the specification in one push.
