i have made a java stand alone aplication for a company . if i ran the app continusly after 5 6 steps or calling different modules continusly it crashes . every thing blackout . please resolve

steps are run the app continusly 3 4 times inset=rt values in databse

REPRODUCIBILITY :
This bug can be reproduced always.

the problem occures when the role of database comes when we deal with the database when we insert values update it and check tables from java sourrce code then only it crashes
