The Release Notes for JDK 8 are somewhat vague on the fact that the Rhino javascript engine has been replaced with a new one (Nashorn). Suggest that the following changes be made:
- in the Whats New page:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/8-whats-new-2157071.html
be clearer as to the change, at the moment it just says "Scripting: Nashorn Javascript Engine"
- in the JDK 8 Compatibility guide:
http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javase/8-compatibility-guide-2156366.html
