Verify that configure detects AS on Solaris and print help otherwise

      AS is required to compile on Solaris. However, we do not verify that AS is non-empty in toolchain.m4.

      If as is not found, we should print a help message stating that as is not installed by default on Solaris 11, but can be installed by running: "pkg install pkg:/developer/assembler"
