Steps to reproduce:
1. Install the test JDK 9 b65(64bit) (download from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/9/promoted/ea/b65/bundles) locate at /Library/Java/JavaVirtualMachines/jdk1.9.0.jdk
2. Download workspace from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jnlp_tck/8.0.20/promoted/latest/bundles/jnlp_tck-8_0_20.jar
3. Use java -jar jnlp_tck-8_0_20.jar then put TCK-JNLP-8.0.20 under /var/root/workspace/tck
4. Download attachment file jnlp-WinXPPro.zip. uncompress it to /var/root/workspace/tck
5. Run the script javatest.sh under /var/root/workspace/tck/jnlp-WinXPPro/AT-03.26-12.46.15/RUN
6. Press the "Press this button to continue" button of case instructions window, refer to instructions.jpg.

Actual behavior:

1.All cases failed, it shows "Failed. Unexpected exception while executing command com.sun.tck.jnlp.lib.CommandJNLPLauncher" on the log.

2.We use javaws -viewer, it shows "Segmentation fault:11" on terminal, refer to 9b65-terminal.jpg.

3.We also verify jdk9b64 on the same OS.
  (1)The case can't be launched, it throws "Exception in thread "AWT-Shutdown" java.lang.SecurityException" in terninal, refer to 9b64-terminal.jpg.
  (2)Use javaws -viewer, it throws "Exception in thread "AWT-Shutdown" java.lang.SecurityException" in terminal, refer to 9b64-javaws-viewer.jpg.
