Steps to reproduce:

1. Install the JRE test bundle JRE8u60b10 (download from http://jre.us.oracle.com/java/re/jdk/8u60/promoted/ea/b10/bundles)
2. Open the Control Panel --> Select Ease of Access --> Select optimize Visual display
3. Go to the bottom section titled "Other Programs Installed"
4. Enable Java Access Bridge
5. UnInstall the JRE test bundle from Control Panel

Expected Result:
Verify that the Enable Check Box line is removed / not available.

Actual behavior:
Checkbox is not removed and is still checked.
