JDK Installer no text visible in Windows High Contrast Mode

      When installing the JDK on Windows 7 in High Contrast mode, no text is visible in the body of the installer dialogs. See attached images.

      This is similar to bug, JDK-7044399, which is said to have been fixed in 8u60 however there is still an issue with the JDK installer as of b18.
