Trying to line up radio buttons with other controls (e.g. labels, combo boxes) on baseline results in the radio button being a pixel or two too low.

In scene builder, try creating an hbox with an alignment of BASELINE_LEFT and add a radio button and a combo box. The baselines are not aligned.

The alignment is correct using a label and a combo box but anything involving a radio button seems to be off.
