Similar to https://javafx-jira.kenai.com/browse/RT-18476 , I'm experiencing weird behavior with the rowheight.
If I change the row Height one row out of 3 to be bigger, then I have some flicker, quiver on the TableView.
Run the sample I'm providing, go to the middle of the TableView and just slowly go down or up using the vertical bar. Do not click on the arrow but click on the vertical bar and pull it down or up very slowly. You will normally see what I'm talking about. If not I can provide a movie.
I have some clue from where it could come from but I need someone to confirm the bug first.
