[TextArea] Input method candidate window placed wrong when setWrapText(false) and text scrolls.

      This is related to RT-33995. In 8.0 b115, TextField works fine. But the similar problem exists with TextArea. When TextArea.setWrapText(false) and text scrolls, the IM candidate window moves to left side, far from the caret.
      TextArea.setWrapText(false) looks to be default value of TextArea.
