Table row painting lag on the second monitor (broken column borders)

If JavaFX table ( tableview ) column is being resized the painting of the 2nd half of visible rows is lagging vs. the first half.
Visually it results in a step-like column border (see attached picture and the code to reproduce it).
The issue exists IF window is created on the 2nd monitor or dragged to the 2nd monitor.

issue exists if window is created on the 2nd monitor
notes that if window is created on the 2nd monitor and dragged to the primary monitor issue seizes to exists. Window is dragged back to 2nd monitor, see the issue again.
environment : jdk 1.8.0-ea, Windows 7, both monitors are identical Dell monitors.
