Steps to reproduce:
1. In HTMLEditor component, press Shift+Enter key.
2. The cursor moves to the very next line without a new paragraph. This works as you'd expect.
3. Type a letter. Now a new paragraph is inserted and a gap exists between this line and the last line. That's the faulty behaviour. It just should insert a <br>, not wrap the new line in <p>foo</p>.
