Bug found by evergreen manual testing.
Reproducible always.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open cnet.com in webview with 500px width (or smaller).
Expected:
  Header menu doesn't change, when webview size becomes too small.
Actual result:
  Menu items are rendered below the menu bar (image attached).
