Media has troubles accessing .m3u files on MacOS

      On MacOS media fails to load any m3u files via network and fails with "MEDIA_INACCESSIBLE: could not connect to media" error
      Looks like need to tune FXMediaServer delays to make this tests detect stall without failing.
