The "unrestricted" should be highlight and there is a link "Visit Java.com for more details"
Now, "unrestricted" is not highlight and no link for "Visit Java.com for more details".

Steps to reproduce:


1.Clear cache: javaws -uninstall
2.Turn off OCSP and CRLs by selecting JCP->Advanced->Perform certificate revocation checks on->Do not check(not recommended).
3.Launch self-signed FX applet from http://sqeweb.us.oracle.com/deployment2/sheldon/webCases/MoreInfo/html/testSelfSigned.html
4.There will be a security warning dialog shown up.
5.Click "More Information".
6. if "unrestricted" is not highlight and no link for "Visit Java.com for more details", bug is reproducible
