Invalid node picking for two-fingers scroll

      Please take a look at the attached screen videos.
      On the 'RT-21288.avi' you can see illustration for fixed problem RT-21288: there is long delay between touches.
      'TwoFinerScroll.avi' video illustrates problem with picking node for two-fingers scroll gesture. All touches are outside a shape & center on the gesture is inside a shape.

      Three and four-fingers scroll gestures work correct.
