      Description

        Date and time inputs (INPUT of type DATE, MONTH, WEEK, TIME and DATETIME-LOCAL) do not function properly.
        See attached HTML file and screenshot for the details.
        INPUT of DATETIME type also seems unusable, but it functions and is rendered equally in Chrome.
