[Accordion, Windows 7] Narrator is not reading the status (collapsed / expanded)

      Environment:

      Used Narrator on Win 7 used 8u40 promoted b04

      To Reproduce:

      Run the HelloAccordion Demo
      Current Focus on Label 1
      Press Space bar or Enter to change
      Narrator is saying only Space or Enter does not say the current / changed status like Collapsed or Expanded. This can also be observed while pressing Home / Up / Down Arrows too

      JAWS is working OK
