Apps designed for mouse introduce usability issues when used with a touch device

The most common issue of apps not designed for touch is having controls too small.
Because a touch screen is in a way an imprecise input device compared to using a mouse and the finger tend to obscure the point of contact, it is difficult to trigger a small sized control.
