There should be a way for users to be able to navigate and interact with the split pane divider.

Once the divider is focused, users should be able to use Left/Up and Right/Down Arrow key to move the vertical divider left and right. Similarly, users should be able to use Up/Left and Down/Right Arrow key to move the horizontal divider up or down.
