Linux, Ubuntu 12.04 i586, software rendering
Input elements are not rendered when page is loaded on Linux.
You can mouse over the element or reload page to make them appear.
Look at the screenshot for DRT test fast/forms/basic-buttons.html, which is attached.
The same happens with sliders, text fields, textareas and other types of input elements; also, this issue affects scrollbars which are also not drawn until you reload page, mouse over them or scroll using mouse wheel.
