First touch event (after the javafx application was loaded) is taking too long.
To reproduce execute attached application and try to do few "tap"s or fast swipe actions as an application was rendered.
First one or two taps is taking ~165ms when each next event is taking ~40-65ms.
In the case of fast swipe - first one/two events are taking ~270-450ms and each next swipe 60-80ms.
The difference is significant.
