With the attached FXML file you may observe at opening time, or later on when changing the Theme or the the Preview window size (from the appropriate menu item) that the Preview window is rendered with a size of 677 x 5.
The width remains correct, only height is weird. When this occurs making the Preview window bigger by simply stretch from a corner reveals a blank content: this could be the root cause.
