JavaFX 2.0 Web Start deployment preloader splash does not match UX spec

      The UX spec is here:

      When a web start app begins, the preloader should display an animated GIF in a small undecorated window as shown in the UX spec. Instead, the Java 7 web start animated GIF is displayed.
