JavaFX 2.2 build 8 WebView embedded in NetBeans on Mac OS X 10.7.3 and JDK 1.7.0 u4.
Using the JavaFX 2.2 build 8 WebView embedded in NetBeans on Mac OS X 10.7.3 and JDK 1.7.0 u4.
After opening the attached project in the embedded WebView, the browser displays the "Loading" progress wheel that tries to connect to a (non-existent) web service, processor load jumps to about 60% and stays at 60% forever. See also the attached NetBeans profiler snapshot.
