[Glass, Linux] ColorPicker custom color dialog is created under all windows on OEL 7 (Gnome 3)

      When clicking "Custom color" link on ColorPicker, new window appears under all windows.
      Works fine for compiz/kwin window managers, but reproducible for gnome 3 window manager.

      Steps to reproduce: Run "Ensemble8" demos, Controls/ColorPicker, open color picker and click "Custom color"
      Reproducible: always
      Platform-specific: yes, (window manager from Gnome 3)
