[Media, Ensemble] Overlay Media Player chevron popup window does not draw fully until mouse enters

      1) Run EnsembleApp
      2) Go to the 'Media' tab, run 'Overlay Media Player'
      3) Click on the chevron (>>) in the upper right corner
      4) A popup windows will display (BUG: only the slider draw)
      5) Move the mouse into the window (the contents draws properly)
