The following fast/ruby/*-doesnt-crash.html DRT tests fail because they do not report blocking access to external URL:
fast/ruby/before-block-doesnt-crash.html
fast/ruby/before-table-doesnt-crash.html
fast/ruby/generated-before-counter-doesnt-crash.html

The message which should be reported is "Blocked access to external URL http://xx/"
