Currently running 8u25. Tested a UI with a draggable custom control using DragEvents. DragEvents on the control's parent failed to fire if control was dragged followed by a window resize. After parent was resized (enlarged), control dragging was still limited to the previous bounds of the parent.

Not entirely sure this is a bug, but have looked extensively for a solution with no luck.
