It is not possible to use arrow keys to navigate through ComboBox in case that it is used as cell editor through ComboBoxTableCell.forTableColumn. Such editor commits previous/next value immediately.

This works for ChoiceBox constructed through ChoiceBoxTableCell.forTableColumn.
