To reproduce:
add button
duplicate .css file containing rule for button background
apply all 3 files to the root container: file.css, then file2.css and file3.css
open Analyzer panel and find "-fx-background-color" property
move mouse pointer above cell -- there only one gearwheel available and only for the first file which is not winning any more -- BUG
