ScrollPane is wasting resources

      ScrollPane creates nested 2 StackPanes to hold the content in addition to two ScrollBars and corner StackPane.

      It looks like it should be possible two get rid of two nested StackPanes to improve performance and make the ScrollPane more manageable.
