fx:signjar signs jars so that Java jarsigner can' verify it and there is no other way to verify if such a jar is signed

      when you sign a jar with fx:signjar task there is no way to verify it was signed correctly

      JDK jarsigner tool can't verify jars signed by fx and says they are not signed
