There is up to 60% CPU_LOAD increase in all Media benchmarks in promoted build
8.0-b112. The increase mostly observed on Windows platforms in both hw and sw pipelines.
Other (non media) benchmarks don't show cpu load increase, so the issue is media specific.
The issue started to appear in 8.0-media-scrum-211 and 8.0-graphics-scrum-1837 builds
which both contain huge amount of changes and merge with MASTER. So I am puzzled
which build the issue came from. Any ideas from Media team are much appreciated.
I also looked at jvisualvm and looks like the number of threads created for media
is pretty much the same, so cpu load increase is no caused by increased number of threads.
To reproduce the issue run for example BigBunny_vp6_1280x720_5843kb_128kb_60p:
