[ColorPicker] Popup has changed its initial position

In the attachment you may see two screen shots of the scene. First is made when the test is run in Firefox browser and the second is made with Chrome respectively.
You may see on the second shot that when the pop-up is open it is shifted to the left from the combobox button.
