it requests to create desktop shortcut
2. if app launches before user click "OK" on desktop integration warning dialog, bug is reproduced.

for plain app like
http://nicole1.us.oracle.com:8080/JavawsMustangIntegTest/ShortCut/ShortCut4.jnlp
app will not launch before user click ok or skip on integration dialog.
