[Packager] Description Property in DEB Package is wrong filled

      The template.control file which the Ant-Packager used fills the Description property with APPLICATION_SUMMARY. And this filled with the application title. Imho this should be filled with the APPLICATION_DESCRIPTION Property.

      Please fix it.
