The case is you want to select text with mouse and drag it to another component.
When you start to select text with mouse onDragDetected event handler gets activated and you cannot select text.

Reproducible on Windows and Linux.
Not a regression. Reproducible with 2.2.0 b14 and 2.2.0 b18.
