TextArea: Wrong behavior of CTRL-UP/OPTION-UP

    Description

      CTRL-UP/OPTION-UP should move the caret to the beginning of the previous paragraph on Windows/Mac, not the end the end of the paragraph.

      Also, if the caret is in the middle of a paragraph, move the caret to the beginning of the paragraph.
