[packager] javafxjar should have an option for non-cli password entry

Currently the JavaFX jar task that signs jars as a blob requires passwords be passed in at the CLI.

Modify the software so that passwords can be passed in on the CLI if they are not passed in via the CLI. Do this how the current jarsigner does it.
