Is it a platform specific issue: Yes - on Ubuntu u10 b12 there's a message - 'Class not found HelloPreloader'

Steps to reproduce:

1. clear deployment cache by executing javaws -uninstall
2. Switch on trace in JCP
3. Launch the applicaton javaws http://stt-13.ru.oracle.com/newroot/testsuites/180_user_ws/aluht/Preloader/html/HelloPreloaderProgress.jnlp
4. A progress bar should show
5. when app is launched. Click "notify preloader" button
6. Look for the strings "Got notification from application" in trace files. (the applets/application might need to be close first. Otherwise the file might not could be opened because of file locking mechanism).

but those strings are not found

This may be a test bug because this is a new testsuite
