Cannot set an empty clip to block the painting.

    Description

      There is no way to set an empty clip to block the painting.
      Any rectangle that could be interpreted as "isEmpty" clears the clip instead paint blocking ({0,0,-1,-1}, {0,0,0,0} and etc.)
