The following tests in fast/forms/mailto fail:
fast/forms/mailto/get-overwrite-query.html
fast/forms/mailto/post-append-query.html
fast/forms/mailto/post-multiple-items.html

Output of all tests above lacks the following line:
Policy delegate: attempt to load mailto:nobody@gmail.com<...something...> with navigation type 'form submitted'
