Cursor doesn't change view on some drag n drop gestures.

      I've attached images to say, what I'm talking about.

      For MacOsX.7 OpenJDK7 2.1.0b16 no cursors are changed.

      For Ubuntu 10.07 JDK7 2.1.0b17 "Not" (premitted) don't appear.
